Deposits & Reservations– Terms & Conditions

All bookings
We have a 15 minute grace period on reserved tables. Please contact us if you are running later than 15 minutes after your booked time. If we do not hear from you we reserve the right to release the table to other diners and you may lose your deposit.

We may contact you about your booking so please ensure that you provide a suitable contact number.

Bookings over 10 – Currently unavailable 

We require a £50.00 deposit to secure.  In most cases we will also require a pre-order unless otherwise discussed and authorised by a member of management.

Drinks Only

Drinks only are welcomed on a first come first serve basis. We do not take bookings for drinks only parties (unless otherwise discussed and authorised by a member of Management).

Court Yard

The Court Yard area is for walk-ins or those that have booked ahead (a maximum of 6 unless otherwise agreed) that are bringing a dog.  If a table has been reserved on the basis that the customer is bringing their dog and they fail to do so we reserve the right to move the booking inside.

Deposit – Terms & Conditions

A deposit of £50.00 for all bookings over 10 people is required.  Otherwise your reservation will be provisional and may automatically be cancelled at any time.

Cancellations that are made 31 days or more in advance of the booking date will be refunded in full.

Cancellations that are made less than 31 days of the booking date are liable for full payment of the deposit.

Private areas require a minimum amount of guests to secure the area exclusively. For further information please request our “Room Hire Terms & Conditions” and a copy will be sent to you via email.  Should the number of guests not meet the minimum amount required we reserve the right to retain the deposit.

We reserve the right to retain a deposit in instances where table numbers have considerably decreased.  This is at complete discretion of the Manager on duty who will take into consideration;

  • How long we have held the reservation for i.e. when the reservation was first made
  • How many parties we have turned away in order to hold your reservation
  • How much notice was given with regard to decrease in numbers

Payment of a deposit indicates acceptance of these terms and conditions
